Mulled wine, a Christmas tradition, is a wine made from leftover wine. This drink is made by heating wine and adding sugar, lemon juice, and spices. Cinnamon, orange, lemon, and cloves are typically used.
Many make mulled wine by brewing a cup of mulled tea and then adding the wine to heat it.
Mulled tea can be a great warmer for chilly winter nights, but there is no reason not to enjoy this drink that reminds us all of Christmas.
Here are four steps to make Mulled Tea a welcome addition to the season.
INGREDIENTS 5 TSPs loose black tea leaves (English breakfast works best)
4 whole cloves
6 whole allspice
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind (grated fresh).

METHOD:
Step1
Spread all contents onto a piece of cheesecloth or mulmul cloth.
Step 2
Connect the corners and tie the string.
Step 3
Place the tea bag in a small mug or teapot for a perfect brew and boil 200ml water.
Step 4
Steep for 4-5 minutes
