Matcha can be used in baking, smoothies and desserts. Many of these recipes were created using our ceremonial-grade Matcha. It is sourced from Aichi prefecture, Japan. A super green smoothie that is full of natural goodness and vegan was recently created by us. Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 medium avocado
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 teaspoon Tea Trunk Matcha
1/2 cup water
Ice cubes (optional).
Natural sweetener (use as per your taste)
Directions:
1. Scoop the avocado out of the avocado by cutting it open
2. Blend spinach, avocado, Matcha and coconut oil in a blender. Add water, natural sweetener, and milk.
3. Blend all ingredients until you get a smooth liquid
4. Before serving, add ice
