Immunity Boosting tea is a fragrant, flavorful tea that contains water, tea leaves, cinnamon, cardamom powder, peppercorns, dried ginger powder, licorice, and Nutmeg. Immunity Boosting Tea Powder can be kept in an airtight jar for up to six months.
RECIPE for IMMUNITY Boosting Tea Powder
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 Cloves (Lavang)
2 Inch Cinnamon (Dalchini).
10-15 peppercorns (Kali Mirchi)
2 tsp Ginger Powder (Sukha Adrak/Soonth)
2 tsp Liquorice (Mulethi)
5-6 Cardamom Seeds (Elaichi)
1/2 Nutmeg (Jaifal)
METHOD:
Mortar & Pestle is the best way to crush cinnamon, licorice & Nutmeg. Grinding it whole can damage your mixture.
Add all ingredients to a jar of dry mix and grind until a powder is formed.

MAKE IMMUNITY-BOOSTING TEEN
INGREDIENTS:
Half a cup of water
Green Tea, 1/2 tsp
Tea powder to boost immunity: 1 tsp
sugar/honey/jaggery
METHOD:
Bring water to a boil in a teapot.
Add the immunity-boosting tea powder, and reduce it to 1 cup.
Add green tea leaves and honey/sugar/jaggery. Boil until sugar/jaggery is dissolved (maximum 15 secs).
Filter tea into a cup and enjoy!
TIPS ADDITIONAL:
Liquorice & Nutmeg is optional.
You can also add some ginger to boiling water if you don’t have any ginger powder.
Add different ingredients, such as tulsi or lemongrass, to suit your tastes.
